Built for versatility in the backcountry and beyond, this technical snow backpack is designed to keep your gear organised, secure and easily accessible throughout the day. Constructed from durable 100% recycled 600D polyester diamond ripstop and 100% recycled 600D coated polyester, it combines rugged performance with a more sustainable design, making it a dependable choice for ski touring, splitboarding and resort adventures.
Multiple carry options allow you to transport equipment with ease, including vertical or horizontal snowboard carry and deployable diagonal or A-frame ski and splitboard carry systems. A removable helmet carry with integrated stash pocket provides added convenience when you're hiking or transitioning between terrain. Comfort is prioritised through a breathable mesh padded back panel, ergonomic padded shoulder straps and a supportive 25 mm webbing hip belt with stabilising wings, while the removable sternum strap features an integrated rescue whistle for added safety.
Designed with mountain functionality in mind, the backpack includes a dedicated snow tools and shovel compartment with internal sleeves for organised storage, a large fleece-lined goggle pocket to protect your eyewear, an internal mesh pocket for smaller essentials and an exterior quick-stash pocket for items you need close at hand. It is also compatible with either a two-way radio handset or an insulated hydration system, making it an ideal companion for long days in the mountains, whatever the conditions.

DAKINE
Dakine is one of the most established brands in the snow and surf world, founded back in 1979 on Maui’s North Shore. Despite being around for decades, whenever someone comes into the shop asking for the brand, they’re never quite sure how to pronounce it 😂.
For the record, the name Dakine comes from the Hawaiian phrase “da kine”, which roughly translates to “the thing” or “the best.” It’s a nod to the brand’s island roots and laid-back vibe.
