Tech:

• New Age Progressive Death Grip™: A progressive sidecut with an incorporated reverse sidecut arc in the mid-section, this reverse arc provides a contact point to apply pressure and achieve added control.
• Directional Shape, 20mm Setback: A longer nose and a shorter tail, the very essence of a freeride snowboard. With the rider weight slightly shifted to the rear of the snowboard, you get easier float in the fresh snow and you save the dreaded leg burn by not having to lean back as must as you would on a twin snowboard.
• Flex - Medium (6.5/10): The medium flex of the Capita Mega Death keeps the board solid underfoot when charging at speed, without being too stiff that you can't play around a little at slower speeds.
• Positive Camber with Hybrid Profile: The ALPINE V1 Profile blends a central camber section with a flat tail and a reverse camber in the nose. This combo delivers serious pop and edge hold on hardpack, while the lifted nose adds float and smooth landings in powder.
• Wah-Pow! Flat Kick Nose & Tail: The Wah‑Pow! is CAPiTA’s signature twist to camber designs, strategically placed reverse camber sections in the nose and tail lifts the contact points, creating a “flat kick” effect, meaning fewer edge catches, smoother transitions and a little extra float in the pow.
• Thermopolymer Starship Core™: Super premium, reforestation certified, poplar wood that is graded by weight and grain consistency. This high grade poplar is comparable to paulownia in its strength to weight ratio. Bonded post-consumer recycled Thermopolymer channels are integrated to form an advanced hybrid, super light core.
• Megadrive™ XT Base: The MEGADRIVE™ base is a pure 'race base' composed of UHMW polyethylene modified with high a carbon content and special fluoro additives for lightspeed gliding in a wide range of conditions. The thickness of the XT bases has been increased for enhanced durability.
• Pure Megacarbon™: To increase response and reduce weight.
