100% Control

At the new Union Boot Division headquarters, Union are able to manage 100% of product design, engineering, prototyping, testing, and supply chain operations under one roof. This full vertical integration allows them to drastically reduce development time while maintaining complete oversight of quality.

With decades of expertise in snowboard-specific materials, Union can share components between boots and bindings, easily surpass minimum order quantities, and utilise exclusive materials that aren’t available to other brands. The result is boots built with unmatched precision, performance, and durability.
