Yes Greats Snowboard 2026
The Yes Greats is a high-performance, asymmetrical twin snowboard designed for advanced freestyle and all-mountain riders. Engineered to excel across varied terrain, it features a CamRock 2‑4‑2 hybrid profile, delivering rockered tips for float and ease, with camber underfoot for powerful pop and edge hold. The unique asymmetrical MidBite sidecut and asym-flex design refine heel-side turns, enhancing carve precision and overall stability.
Under the hood, it has a Poplar, Paulownia & Bamboo core, reinforced with Triax fiberglass and carbon stringers, giving it a responsive, medium-stiff flex that charges edges and crushes landings. The True Twin shape and centred stance enable seamless switch riding, while the sintered base, with long-term wax retention, keeps speeds high. Yes’s Forever Flex process, pre-breaking in each board at the factory, ensures the flex remains stable and true over its lifespan.
Stylish and technically advanced, the Greats combines fun, performance and aesthetics in one refined package. In short, the Greats 2026 delivers elite-level carving, pop and playfulness, making it ideal for experienced riders looking to push limits across all terrain.
Tech:
- CamRock Profile: Camrock boards have a profile where the center of the board is closer to the snow, and the nose and tail are raised. Enhances float in powder, makes turn initiation easier and is generally more forgiving.
- Asymmetrical Twin Shape: An asymmetrical twin snowboard (often called an asym twin) is a snowboard with a twin shape in terms of nose and tail, but with different sidecut radii or flex profiles on the toe-side and heel-side edges. This design compensates for the natural differences between your heel and toe turns, making turning more balanced and intuitive (i.e. the way your knees bend).
- MidBite Sidecut: MidBite offers a design that enhances edge agility and turn response underfoot, while retaining the float and stability of a wider nose and tail. It’s a distinct edge tech aimed at riders who want lively transitions, strong grip in firm conditions and versatility across terrain types.
- Poplar/Paulownia/Bamboo Core: YES Snowboards 'Poplar/Paulownia/Bamboo core features rails of each wood. Poplar provides lightweight characteristics and consistent flex, enhancing maneuverability. Paulownia, even lighter, maintains strength with a favorable strength-to-weight ratio. Bamboo adds durability and responsiveness. This blend ensures optimal weight reduction, responsiveness and performance.
- Triax Fiberglass & Carbon Stringers: Triaxial or "Triax" fiberglass on a snowboard refers to a fiberglass construction where the fibres run in three directions, usually along the length and width of the board and at an angle. This configuration adds torsional stiffness to the board, enhancing its overall stability and responsiveness. Snowboards with triaxial fiberglass tend to have a more precise and controlled feel, making them suitable for riders who prioritise stability at higher speeds, improved edge hold and better performance in challenging conditions.
- Sintered Base: YES Snowboards' sintered bases are crafted by fusing tiny polyethylene particles under heat and pressure, creating a porous, durable surface. Known for superior speed and wax absorption, these bases are favored by advanced riders for their high-performance capabilities in various snow conditions.
- Forever Flex: Forever Flex is a manufacturing process that helps stabilise the flex and rocker profile of a board for its lifetime. Their boards now finish the first stages of production slightly overbuilt and then they “break them in” using a specialised machinery that mimics extreme riding use. By flexing the fresh board fibres and epoxy at the factory the materials settle into their final arrangement within the board layup much the same as if you rode the board for 20 days.
