The 2027 Ride Vantum is a fresh addition to the lineup, bringing the playful, easygoing feel of Ride’s Pig Series into a more traditional all-mountain shape. Designed for riders who want a directional board that still feels balanced and approachable, it blends freeride stability with a freestyle-friendly personality. Ideal for intermediate riders looking to explore more of the mountain, the Vantum is a dependable daily driver built for everything from groomer laps to natural terrain.
Its tapered directional shape and camber profile deliver confident carving and responsive edge control, while subtle rocker in the nose and tail keeps the ride smooth, forgiving and manoeuvrable. A moderate flex makes it accessible without sacrificing performance, helping riders progress with confidence.
Under the hood, Ride focuses on stability and dampening, using urethane sidewalls and carbon reinforcement to reduce chatter and enhance power transfer. New additions like Zonal Carbon Rails and Urethane Channels further refine the ride, boosting control in variable conditions and keeping the board composed at speed.

Tech:
- Directional Shape, 19mm Setback: Designed to be ridden in one direction. More nose than tail, set back stance, and a sidecut to match. Can you still ride it switch? Yeah, of course. Is it going to be as good riding switch all day long? Probably not.
- Standard Camber: A little bit of rise, medium amount of traditional camber.
- Linear Quadratic Sidecut: A blended multi-radius sidecut that improves turn initiation and exit while maintaining strong grip throughout the carve.
- Sintered: High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded.
- Stone Ground Base: The absolute best way to finish building a snowboard. Nice and flat base, no weird bumps or extra material. Stone ground is the way to go, ask your local tune shop.
- Performance™ Core: High strength Aspen is combined with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light.
- Zonal Carbon Rails: Carbon strips placed along the edges from the insert pack toward the contact points to improve power transfer and edge response.
- Urethane Channels: Urethane-filled channels in the nose reduce vibration and help the board remain stable in choppy snow.
- Slimewalls®: Ride’s exclusive Slimewalls® are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. Just like your skate wheels, the urethane in Slimewalls® smoothes the interaction with the snow, wood or metal surfaces you may ride on. On top of all that, these babies are virtually indestructible, the most durable sidewalls in snowboarding.
- Single Impact Plates: Reinforced zones beneath the bindings improve compressive strength and durability in high-stress areas.
- Hybrid Glass: A triaxial top layer combined with biaxial fibreglass underneath for balanced torsional flex and stability.
- Roll-In Construction: Unique 3D structure built around our urethane Slimewall® sidewalls. Designed to increase overall board strength, prevent topsheet chipping, and reduce weight.
