The Never Summer Proto Type 3 is a standout evolution of Never Summer’s freestyled board series, delivering exceptional all-mountain versatility with pro-level performance. Developed alongside U.S. Snowboard Team rider Chase Blackwell, it's engineered to "go anywhere, kill everything".

At its core is the innovative Triple Camber Recurve profile, which transforms the classic triple camber into a more aggressive overall camber shape. This structure offers explosive pop, locked-in edge grip and smooth turn transitions while maintaining agility and float. Paired with R.I.P. Edge-Hold technology, the board achieves outstanding grip and control without feeling overly "grabby".

Built as a true twin, the Proto Type 3 includes early-rise float mechanics and a "blower stance" option to enhance powder performance. Its mid-stiff flex balances responsiveness for carving and stability with playful forgiveness for freestyle and buttering.

High-end construction features include a WooBoo/SuperLight wood core, Precision Stitched Carbon Matrix and T3 Twin Carbon Mapping for torsional snap and RDS² vibration damping for a smooth ride at speed. STS pre-tensioned and Bi-Lite fiberglass layups add durability without unnecessary weight.

Rounding out the package, the board boasts a Durasurf XT 5501 sintered base for fast glide, Vario Power Grip sidecut for varied radius carve control and R.I.P. reinforced edges for added durability.

This particular version of the Never Summer Proto Type 3 is the 'wide' version that is best suited to guys with boot size UK10.5+.
