We use Royal Mail or a Courier (FedEx / APC) depending on which delivery option you choose:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - £4.95 or FREE on orders over £85.00
  • Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) - £6.95

We do charge slightly more for deliveries including a Snowboard, SUP or Electric Skateboard due to the costs of shipping parcels of this size.

Pay In Installments

FIRMWARE UPDATE INFORMATION - You should not use Onewheels that are not updated or that are not eligible for the firmware update.

You may have seen in the press that there has been a voluntary recall of Onewheel products in the US. The voluntary recall was for an innovative firmware update done through the Onewheel app that installs a new safety alert feature that we call ‘Haptic Buzz.’ The firmware update will be available for all boards (GT, Pint X, Pint, +XR).

Haptic buzz is an alert riders can hear and feel when experiencing certain situations that can result in a crash. Haptic buzz is designed to work in conjunction with the existing pushback safety feature to help riders further recognize that the board’s ability to balance may soon be exceeded so they can lean back and slow down to avoid crashing.

We are strongly urging all Onewheel GT, Pint X, Pint, +XR riders to update to the latest firmware before they continue to ride their Onewheel.
