The Jones Twin Sister is a versatile, directional‑twin snowboard tailored for women who love to freestyle with flair across the entire mountain. Sporting a CamRock hybrid profile, it blends camber underfoot for solid edge hold with rocker in the tips for effortless float in powder and forgiving turn initiation.

Built on a Master Core (poplar/paulownia) reinforced with basalt/carbon stringers, it delivers a lively medium-stiff flex, offering energetic pop without sacrificing forgiveness. The board’s Directional Twin shape with a short sidecut renders it easy to turn, stable at speed and playful enough for switch riding or jibbing.

Performance enhancing features include the 3D Contour Base 2.0, promoting smooth edge transitions and float and Traction Tech 3.0 serrated edges, which provide confidence on icy or hard-packed snow. Completing its high-performance package are a fast sintered 8000 base, eco-conscious oversized recycled steel edges, Forever Flex manufacturing and a factory Wend natural wax finish ensuring long-lasting, all-season performance.

• Flex: Happy Medium (3/5)
• CamRock: A unique all-terrain rocker/camber flex pattern defined by evenly balanced tip and tail rocker and camber between the bindings. CamRock improves freestyle performance by keeping your tips playful while maintaining the power and pop of camber underfoot.
• Directional Twin Shape, 0mm Setback: Boards with slightly longer noses than tails, that feature symmetrical camber profiles. Directional Twin boards are well-suited for riding switch and all-mountain marauding.
• BComp Carbon / Flax Stringers: BComp Carbon / Flax stringers offer the perfect performance balance as the carbon provides crazy pop and the flax sucks up chatter and reduces CO₂ emissions compared to a full carbon stringer. Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp.
• 3D Base Contour 2.0: 3D Contour Base tuned for all-terrain featuring 4mm spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 4mm spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts just before contact point.
• Progressive Sidecut: At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.
• Traction Tech: Like a serrated knife slicing into the snow, Traction Tech improves your edge grip by adding multiple contact points along the running length of your board.
• Blunt Nose: How a board glides in powder, crust, corn or any snow more than an inch deep, is dictated by it’s front contact point and just past it. By adding a blunt nose you get the float benefits of a much longer nose without the ‘snow plow’ rounded tip and it’s extra swing weight.
• Master Core: Dual density wood core made out of responsibly harvested Paulownia and Poplar. 1:1 Paulownia to Poplar stringer ratio creates a lightweight core that’s poppy and durable.
• Biax Fiberglass: Biaxial fiberglass laminate made with a dual-layer, dual-directional construction that delivers a forgiving yet snappy board feel with a mid-soft torsional flex and quick energy transfer.
• Sintered Base 8000: New super durable material made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. Base is easily repairable, highly wax absorbent and wicked fast.
• Freeride / Freestyle Insert Pack: Allows option to center or set back stance on sidecut as conditions demand.
• Belt Ground Finish & Factory Tuned: All Jones Snowboards are factory de-tuned at the tip and tail so you can go right from the shop to the mountain.
• Wend Natural Wax: Jones boards are ready to shred straight out of the shop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax.
• Eco-Plastic Topsheet: Bio-plastic topsheet made from Castor beans. This eco-material is ultralight, chip/scratch resistant and water/snow repellent (snow sticks less to topsheet).
• Super Sap Bio Resin: Bio Resin is a bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to make bio-resin are co-products or waste products of plant-based industrial processes. Bio-resin requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions to produce than conventional epoxy.
• Oversized Recycled Edges: All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved production sustainability.
• Recycled ABS: ABS Plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. We improve the sustainability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.
• Forever Flex: Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that helps stabilise the flex and rocker of a board for its lifetime.

What size Jones Twin Sister should you buy?

The size of snowboard that you should buy is based upon lots of different factors. Two of the most important determining factors are rider weight and snowboard boot size. You can use the chart below to help you decide what size snowboard to buy. 

Recommended Rider Weight:

• 146cm = 45-68 kg / 100-150 lbs
• 149cm = 49-73 kg / 110-160 lbs
• 152cm = 49-73 kg / 110-160 lbs
• 155cm = 54-77 kg / 120-170 lbs

Snowboard Waist Width:

• 146cm = 24.2cm
• 149cm = 24.4cm
• 152cm = 24.6cm
• 155cm = 24.8cm
