686 Woodland Insulated Jacket

Designed for dependable warmth and everyday performance, this snowboard jacket is built with 10K waterproofing and 5K breathability, thanks to its 2-layer infiDRY® 10K fabric with durable water repellent (DWR) finish. It features infiLOFT® insulation that's body-mapped for optimal comfort—140g in the body and 80g in the sleeves and hood—keeping you warm without the bulk. Critically taped Bemis® seams, adjustable cuffs and hem, and a removable hood with a hoody drawcord system add versatility and protection whether you're cruising groomers or navigating storm days.

Air-Flo™ underarm vents allow quick heat release, while inner Lycra wrist gaiters, a powder skirt, and the Pant Jacket Connect™ system keep snow sealed out. Stay organized with multiple internal and external pockets, including a dual-access audio pocket, phone heater pocket, and dedicated storage for goggles and lenses. A Velcro pass pocket with key clip, tangle-free headphone loops, and a front hand pocket with inner key clip round out the functionality.

      686

Founded in 1992 by Michael Akira West, 686 is a California-based snowboard outerwear and apparel brand known for its commitment to technical innovation, performance, and urban-inspired design. Drawing from West's background in Southern California skate and snow culture, 686 was created to bridge the gap between functional mountain gear and progressive streetwear aesthetics.

The brand has built a reputation for high-quality technical outerwear, most notably its GLCR® series, which is designed for all-conditions performance in backcountry and resort environments. Products like the 686 GLCR GORE-TEX® Jacket and the SMARTY® 3-in-1 Cargo Pant have become staples among snowboarders seeking durability, adaptability, and weather protection. 686 was also one of the first to integrate BOA® technology into outerwear, offering precision fit adjustments in jackets and pants.

Sustainability is increasingly central to 686’s mission, with a growing number of garments made using recycled materials and bluesign®-approved fabrics. The brand's attention to fit, detail, and rider-driven functionality has earned it respect across both freeride and freestyle communities.
